Successful commissioning depends upon a clear analysis of need and the development of a specification that addresses the need.  Many organisations find the development of  an effective specification to be the most challenging part of the commissioning process and all to often this results in a weak specification that fails to safeguard the needs of the service user.  We offer specification writing training and consultancy and can also act as a critical friend to ensure that  specification is robust and fit for purpose.
